Why independent matters
We don't earn money from your spending. Every cloud reseller and MSP earns a percentage of your bill. Every AI vendor wants you on their platform. Their incentives point in one direction. Ours point toward the right answer.
We will tell you not to do something. Rochwall is run by Ricky, who spent ten years building and operating this infrastructure before advising anyone about it — long enough to learn that most platforms do not need replacing, they need attention. The worked example published on this site reaches exactly that conclusion: stay, and fix what is already there. We get paid for the analysis, not the outcome, so we have no reason to push you toward change that does not make sense.
